ISO Tank Technical Representative

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for ISO tank operations.
Identify and address potential technical issues.
Coordinate with vendors and depots.
Provide repair estimate approval to depot.
Maintain and update approval records in Excel.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics, with a focus on ocean freight and ISO tank sales.
Good knowledge of ocean freight processes and industry regulations.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
Excellent in both spoken and written English
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Proactive, with a positive attitude toward solving problems.
Computer literacy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Offices, e-mail correspondence, internet browser, etc.
Candidates must possess their own transport and be willing to travel

Preferred Education and Qualifications :

Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Logistics, or a related technical field.
Several years of experience in the logistics, chemical, or petrochemical industry.
Hands-on exposure to terminal or depot operations is an advantage.
