One of our primary technological initiatives involves creating an internal ecosystem that offers real-time updates on shipping and logistics processes. This system includes a custom GPS tracking device, a specialized operational workflow system, IoT devices, data mining capabilities, web and mobile applications, and the latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

E-WAY has dedicated years of time, money, and effort to streamline our operations with a customized proprietary system. The system is designed to efficiently manage large volumes of data while emphasizing process automation including vessel visibility updates, equipment control automation, and auto-billing.

Our ISO Tanks are equipped with GPS devices powered by our in-house developed firmware with ultra-low power consumption. These GSM-enabled devices can continuously operate for up to 10 years, overcoming common power supply challenges on ISO Tank. Our GPS devices also provide real-time cargo tracking through our web portal, ensuring swift and accurate updates on your shipment.

Apart from that, we are developing a reliable and comprehensive customer portal designed to provide our clients with seamless access to bookings and real-time cargo locations. This user-friendly platform will feature push notifications to keep clients updated on their shipment’s status.

Additionally, the portal will integrate a ChatGPT-powered chatbot for instant quotations and service assistance. With the large amount of big data stored in our cloud data-sharing system, our internal team can perform data mining and business intelligence analysis, offering strategic insights for informed decision making.

Looking ahead, E-WAY will invest in IoT devices featuring cutting-edge functionalities such as thermometers, inclinometers, and leaking sensors to provide accurate and valuable information, ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ cargo.

We also plan to fully digitalize our order process by incorporating an AI-powered system, enabling clients to place orders anytime, thereby saving time and providing 24/7 accessibility.
