Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
 
 
  • Provide technical support for ISO tank operations.
  • Identify and address potential technical issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and depots.
  • Provide repair estimate approval to depot.
  • Maintain and update approval records in Excel.
 
What We’re Looking For: Requirements
 
 
  • At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics, with a focus on ocean freight and ISO tank sales.
  • Good knowledge of ocean freight processes and industry regulations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
  • Excellent in both spoken and written English
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proactive, with a positive attitude toward solving problems.
  • Computer literacy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Offices, e-mail correspondence, internet browser, etc.
  • Candidates must possess their own transport and be willing to travel
